limitation of heels in large sizes

I must preface with this.. heels have come a long way. I remember when I first started dressing when I was 17. Your only choices of heels in 16-17 were ugly 3/4" heels like this:


Now, there's more stylish ones, but choices are still limited, and it's usually limited to what I'd like to call stripper/street walker (fuck me pumps):




There's a reason why most of these heels are made by the company (pleaser), most strippers were them. Oh if only I could have smaller feet, I mean just look at some of the yummy choices out there, it aint fair I tell you:
