Today is truly a sad day. Before you judge my post, with something like "oh you're biased", or "Well of course, this is your movie". Let me pre-face with saying that if Trump decided to revert another thing from the past like making slavery legal again, I would be just as hurt.
What is so troubling is what his agenda is. His tweet claims this is about spending money. Currently the military pays 2-5 million dollars per year to specifically pay for transgender specific medical care. That's .000001% of the military budget. A single trip to Trumps Mar-a-lago golf resort costs $3.6 million dollars. So far in the first 6 months as president he's played golf 42 times, or in other words his golf trips could have paid for transgender medical care for the next 50 years.
Every week I'm afraid of what he's going to do next. Is he going to start bombing north korea because he feels like it and start world war 3? Is he going to pressure congress to passing a healthcare bill that puts 20 million people in a crisis when they can't get medical care and die? I'm really numb at this point, sometimes I don't even want to open google news in fear of what I'm going to read.
