No, I didn't find rules for such a game.. But of course there is one for strip monopoly:

What if you slightly altered these rules, and made couples exchange clothes (not with each other, the size difference alone). No I'm talking about each person having to carry an extra set of clothes of the opposite gender (husbands that don't normally crossdress would obviously need help from the wives). When you go broke, you exchange a piece of your own clothing for that of the opposite sex, and the banker during that round gets to choose order. I imagine it would go something like this:
Guys
Exchange shirt for bra: $500
Exchange underwear for thong panties: $200
Exchange pants for dress: $300
Add wig: $200
Exchange socks for nylons: $100
Exchange shoes for heels: $200
Bonus (if participants are willing to go that far)
Pearl necklace and earrings: $200
Makeup: $20 per item (lipstick counts as one, eyeliner/mascara counts as one, blush counts as one)
Girls:
Take off bra: $500
Exchange panties for male underwear: $200
Exchange dress for pants: $300
Tie hair up: $200
Exchange nylons for socks (or nothing): $100
Exchange heels for shoes: $200
Bonus (if participants are willing to go that far)
Remove makeup: $100
Put on fake beard: $200

I mean this is only the first experiment (which has lag, doesn't have very fluid control), but at least it's a working theory. I'm not really sure what the application is (beyond fun at parties, and real role playing). I mean if you had a woman wear google glass, and then you control her every move remotely in some body suit remotely in another room, would just be freakishly cool.
One thing I'm not really sure of, what is the long term affect of zapping muscles with electricity? Perhaps they are working on a lower voltage version that is still affective that won't harm your muscles?
