Jerry O' Connell goes to dragcon and dressed up

You remember Jerry.. Plump kid from "stand by me", the TV show sliders. So it sounds like this is a regular thing. Last year Will Wheaton got dressed up there (but didn't shave). Jerry turned out pretty decent, and he got made over by probably my favorite drag queen of all ru paul's drag race, Ginger Minj.

Gigi gorgeous - this is everything... Meh

I've said this vocally many times, I don't like Gigi. This might seem odd for someone who is in the transgender community to not like another transgender person. She's the TG version of kim kardashian, famous for being famous. Look I like a lot of youtube people. Jenna marbles for example is very down to earth, and entertaining, not just some pretty woman talking about what they did that day. I respect a lot of transgender youtubers like Amnesia sparkles who have a great look on life, and talks a lot about shifting from male to female roles. And William Belli is so subtley hilarious, and does incredible makeup transformations.
Just that name, gigi gorgeous. You might as well have named yourself Barbie Pink Princess. And I have no problem when people have confidence, but I think you can do it without a vibe of "everyone pay attention to me". And that whole video that made the news "OH MY GOD, I was detained trying to fly into Dubai because I didn't do any research ahead of time". Sorry, that culture hates the entire gay community. You're not going to change their view by speaking out any more than you're going to convince ISIS that killing people is wrong. They hate our community. They can go eff themselves, and they can shove their tourism income up their asses. Vote with your wallet.

Anyway, with all that said, she has a trailer on youtube:

Legion Tv series on FX (x-men body swap)??

So I'm catching up with shows, and an ad for a new show comes on. It's called Legion, and it was a really short ad that basically showed a body swap (and this is the super power). Whaaaat?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legion_(TV_series)

"Rachel Keller as Sydney "Syd" Barrett: A "self-sufficient and street smart" young woman who "still believes in happily ever after", who becomes Haller's "girlfriend".^[2]^[3]Hawley explained, "If she touches your skin she trades places with you, her mind goes into your body and the other way around."^[4] Because of her abilities, the character is portrayed as "withdrawn", the opposite of Keller's breakout performance in the second season of Hawley's Fargo.^[8] The character is named after Roger "Syd" Barrett of the rock band Pink Floyd, whose music was an important influence on the series for Hawley"

Here's the short preview showing the swap:

Colin Mochrie has a transgender daughter

You know him from Who's line is it anyway. Had no idea he had a trans daughter.. it came up in news because of course she got teased on twitter, and her father fired back and supported her. I have way more respect for him now.
